Rolled in with no radiator fluid and no appointment this week. The team here diagnosed the issue (cracked hose flange), took care of the problem and kept me in the loop. Had the car back the next day, and they had other good preventive advice as well. Friendly and helpful. Thank you

Rob's has done work on my car several times with great results. I got a flat tire on the way to work today and called to see if they could help me. Jeff said he would stay a little late to help me out and he pulled a broken screwdriver out of my tire and plugged it in a few minutes so I could get back to work. Rob's RULES.

Had issue with my '03 elantra starting. AAA jumped me and told me I should get my alternator and possibly my battery replaced. Dropped it off at this place on a sunday and said there was an issue with the battery and alternator. A less reputable place would easily have said yep and would have went ahead and replaced both but the mechanic I talked to was honest, told me the alternator was fine and a new battery was all I needed. Tough to find that kind of honesty.
